A red Ford truck at 613 S Eastside Drive has (again) been parked in the same spot for over a month now. According to the City's Ordinance it is abandoned: 15.04.020 'A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days'. If the owner (612 S Eastside Drive) does not want it to be considered abandoned, he needs to move it every four days.

Vehicle has parked for over a week on corner without moving. HOA asked these renters to move vehicles off street at night, they do not abide. Vehicle obstructs two way traffic and needs removed.

Honda Pilot with the license plate number VID691 with a flat tire has sat in the community parking lot for quite a bit now. Does not appear to be a regular neighborhood car.
