Duplicate report. Planning staff are still in the process of investigating whether or not these vehicles are lawful non-conforming based on how long they have been located here. Hello. I believe these cars that this individual is referencing are junk vehicles that belong to Auto Heaven Auto Parts and are parked in their lot. Can HAND advise if this is something they are familiar with and if there is some sort of grandfather clause that allows that salvage yard to exist in its current location? I am not familiar with the local ordinances that govern salvage yards in the city.
