Other: A red Ford truck at 613 S Eastside Drive has (again) been parked in the same spot for over a month now. According to the City's Ordinance it is abandoned: 15.04.020 'A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days'. If the owner (612 S Eastside Drive) does not want it to be considered abandoned, he needs to move it every four days.
