Pallets in front yard, power wheel constantly on sidewalks and left in front of mailbox, trash piled up outside, boxes and torn cardboard all over.
I live a few houses down at 3927 and at 3899 theres a Husky type dog on a 2nd story balcony ALL the time. The balcony is probably only 5'x5' if that and 25-30' high and this poor dog is out there pacing and whining every time I look over there. It's been 7am, noon, 9pm. He jumps around too like he's going to hop over and he'd get seriously hurt. Not to mention there's no shade and I can't tell if there's water or food. If the dog barks you can hear the lady yell "shut the **** up! That poor dog is going to overheat or jump over and I'm worried about him. The people that live there I hardly ever see and I wouldn't be comfortable trying to ask them about it. They also have 2 different bully mixes inside I believe but the one always looks like she just had babies. I've heard barking from the garage on hot days as well. Please keep me anonymous
Workers from the City filled in a hole that developed around the water (I think) main in front of my house in the gravel parking area, and now another hole is developing. I'd like to have it checked out for problems and fixed.
Trash on the south east corner of 1st & Walnut
Next to the Bryan Park tennis courts is plot of grass where there used to be 4-6 Callery pear trees. Of course they had to be removed, but i hope there, are plans to replace them. Unfortunately the City also planted them along the B-Line, so i understand it will take a lot of money to replace them all. Thanks!
The back of my property faces Allen Street, between Adams Street and Larkspur Lane. There is a tree by Allen Street (on the other side of the sidewalk behind my property) that is leaning, and some branches are starting to touch the fence around my backyard. Is it possible to trim that tree?
Lots of gravel on road for a couple of blocks
Sidewalk regularly blocked as vehicles do not fit within the driveway. Walkers need to walk in the grass or street to get around vehicles blocking the sidewalk. Additionally, vehicles parked in the grass to the west of the paved parking area.
