Walking my dog on the Bline last night I encountered this person’s vehicle parked inappropriately. The driver was likely drinking cider or shooting pool. I wonder if it was backed nearly onto the trail or driven off 2nd and down the trail before pulling off.

Blocked sidewalk both sides of Sherwood Oaks Church drive on Sare from their plowing; yard sign in R-O-W EVERY YEAR.
