Overgrown grass left huge amounts of clippings and yard debris which are a fire hazard under this hot sun
Overgrown weeds taking over sidewalk. Not sure if this is 306 or property just north that has no house number
I'd like to request a Code Enforcement inspection of the property on Kendall Road where the trailer explosion occurred last summer. The damaged structure remains boarded up approximately one year later. Since then, the property appears to be used for long-term outdoor storage, including a large trailer and other oversized items. The lot increasingly resembles a storage yard rather than a residential property. Given the condition of the boarded structure, the continued presence of the large trailer, and the ongoing outdoor storage of large items, I am requesting that the City determine whether the property complies with applicable property maintenance, nuisance, and residential zoning requirements. If the trailer and other stored items are permitted, I would appreciate clarification as to how this use complies with residential zoning standards.
A street tree by my house was knocked down by someone and removed.
The large stone slide at switchyard park caused my pants to tear and scratch my bottom. I’m an adult and it was uncomfortable, I am worried about the rough texture of the stone for all of the children that play (especially the many that are in swim suits).
Guests of 2400 S Rogers are parked with their wheels on the sidewalk of Coolidge Dr. Another guest of the same residence is also parked across from the alley that connects Coolidge and Graham. The cars being parked on both sides of the road/cross-corner from each other creates challenges for larger vehicles. Pedestrians in wheelchairs would need to go on the street to get through. Also, emergency vehicles would have trouble getting through. It is difficult to access the alley or leave the alley. The parking situation next to this address is unsafe on most weekends and many weeknights.

The trash from 2519 S Madison was not picked up, but left with a non collection notice. Due to the high volume of vehicle traffic visiting 2519 S Madison, the pile has been gradually backed into the mailbox of 2528 S Madison, and the pile is currently on the property of 2527 S Madison.
