A) Shielding. i. All lighting fixtures, except motion detector-activated lighting, shall be fully shielded so that the lighting element is not visible to an observer at any property line
ii. Light Trespass. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so that light trespass from any property line, except a property line abutting a public street, shall not exceed two footcandles at a point one meter beyond the property line.

Dangerous Bradford Pear. 30ft tall. City came through trimming trees and left it where one half of the branches are gone on one side making it heavy on one side and the whole tree is leaning south looking to fall on neighbors driveway and car given the next big winds. Whole thing seriously just needs to be removed
