ATTN: Engineering Dept. For years, trees and bushes on city R/W have impeded Prospect Street adjoining the property (west of S. Madison St). Beacon GIS will confirm that the overgrowth is in the R/W. The street department at times has cut back the overgrowth. The planning department has indicated that there are invasive plants at this location. Trees hang down and touch vehicles when not trimmed. The problem has continued to get worse over the past several years. Not only is the overgrowth unmanageable, it is unsightly, detracting from neighborhood property values. Director Hanson, HAND suggested I make this UReport to the engineering department. [email protected] Please rectify this problem so that it is not an on-going issue. Neighbors keep leaving there trash can out in the street. They do this a lot I’ve called before and they were able to get them to start taking the trash cans back in after trash day but they seem to have forgot again. I had to pick them up off the side walk and set them in there yard. When the wind picks up they blow over and trash gets all in my yard. This is a constant issue where I’m getting there trash in my yard. I appreciate your time and hope to get this issue resolved. Thank you

The water has turned yellowish-green since yesterday afternoon (Sept. 5). There is no particular smell. The photo shows an inflatable tube that we filled around 5–6 p.m. yesterday. The color is still the same today (Sept. 6), both indoors and outdoors.

Cold water is coming out with a yellow tint. Also when you flush the toilet it fills back up with water that has a yellow tint also. Multiple apartments that I know in orchard glen are having the same issues !

Starting today 9/6 around 3:20 pm our tap water has a yellow color. I was told there is a high concentration of manganese and someone could flush the lines near our house on Tuesday 9/8. Thank you!

Brown water. Toilets, sinks, tub. Run for several minutes and all comes out a medium brown color. Hot or cold water. Several days in a row now.

Swamp water smells coming from water taps in kitchen and shower. It has been like this for weeks.
