A back tire on my car was completely blown out tonight driving down High Street between Maxwell & Covenanter. The pot holes along that stretch are REDICULOUS!!! They were all filled with water due to rain so I couldn't see them and I almost lost control of my vehicle when my tire went into a deep one. My car was forced onto the sidewalk. I could have hit someone walking there! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO REPAIR THAT STREET!! It will cost me over $800 to get my car towed and new tire + installation. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION!

Auto pay failure. I am signed up for Auto Pay. Every time I log in to my account, it says I am signed up for Auto Pay. But the city keeps failing to collect that Auto Pay payment and charging me late fees for bill that are approved to Auto Pay. If someone can address this matter, I would appreciate it.

In yesterday's trash collection the recycling truck broke the axle on our recycling bin so it no longer rolls. The bin is otherwise fine. Can you please replace the axle?

The Olcott Park doesn't have a water fountain. The water fountain located by the bathrooms is missing. Kids use the park after school for practice and don't have any way to get water while outside.

Bike lane on west side of college ave just south of convention center has been blocked for more than 10 minutes by semi full of construction material being unloaded into staging area south of old convention center. do they have permission to close this bike lane? no signage, no flagger.

sidewalk on south side of 15th just west of woodburn (1015 N woodburn) is chronicly blocked with vegetation. if this is ever cleared off, please restore *full* width of sidewalk, because this has been growing on the sodewalk for a *long* time thanks!
