623 again with disgusting trash overflowing in the backyard, getting scattered around the neighborhood by animals. This place has been a nuisance for years, when is the city going to do something about this drug den? It's falling apart while the rest of the neighborhood suffers.
There is an ongoing trash issue at this property. The residents are dumping trash not in a trash bin with open bags that rodents are getting into and scattering over adjacent properties.

The neighbors foliage behind the condemned building at the end of his driveway, is growing over my fence, in the surrounding trees, on my shed roof, wrapped around my downspouts and o his own garage roof, through my fence. Neighbors keep leaving there trash can out in the street. They do this a lot I’ve called before and they were able to get them to start taking the trash cans back in after trash day but they seem to have forgot again. I had to pick them up off the side walk and set them in there yard. When the wind picks up they blow over and trash gets all in my yard. This is a constant issue where I’m getting there trash in my yard. I appreciate your time and hope to get this issue resolved. Thank you

This house has been vacant for approximately 6 years or so . Perhaps longer .there is no a rat problem in the neighborhood. I went in front porch today and looked in window and saw what appears to be rat feces on floor of room to the right. I know there is only so much city can do but is it possible to put out traps in alley ? Several neighbors have rat problems and we are all dealing with it as best we can on our properties, but with an abandoned house and a hoarder house at 823 it feels like we are fighting losing battle .
