Other: This house has been vacant for approximately 6 years or so . Perhaps longer .there is no a rat problem in the neighborhood. I went in front porch today and looked in window and saw what appears to be rat feces on floor of room to the right. I know there is only so much city can do but is it possible to put out traps in alley ? Several neighbors have rat problems and we are all dealing with it as best we can on our properties, but with an abandoned house and a hoarder house at 823 it feels like we are fighting losing battle . Thank you
