Scooter on parking lot, no plate, has been there 10+ days and has not moved.
Now that the speed limit on 11th Street has been reduced to 25, can we please lower the limit on Diamond Street to 20 or even 15? It’s a very short stretch of road, but for some reason people feel the need to gun it on the way between 11th Street and Trailview neighborhood. There’s really no good reason to drive faster than 15mph or so on this stretch and it endangers pedestrians going between 11th and the B-Line.
The large black hanging swings at the south end of the children's playground, along with the same swings on the north side of the splash pad pavilion, are in need of lubrication. They emit a terrible squeal when you try to swing on them, and if all three are in motion at the same time, it's enough to drive you mad. Having someone climb up there once a quarter and spray a little lubrication on the pivot points would presumably work wonders. Thanks for your time and attention!
These cars park here everyday, right next to the no parking sign. There is residential street parking available on the other side of the street that they could be using. It causes traffic problems when cars are parked on both sides of the street.
Grass not mowed. Too tall
The front yard has finally been mowed however the fenced in backyard behind the house has grass tall enough to be seen over the fence line. I'm concerned about snakes.

Also has had signs of vagrancy with clothing and trash left behind. At our building we've seen more folks now resting on our stoop (ring camera) after hours and on weekends. Assuming this is a result of them not being able to access the next door property. My non-profit is a tenant of the building.
Their yard is full of trash and never mowed. It makes it difficult and dangerous to turn onto Rockport off of Coolidge. This has been a constant issue for the entire 5 years I’ve lived in this neighborhood.
The grass and weeds are overgrown on the east side of Rogers Street. This is a distraction and devalues the property. I keep my place and area mowed and clear of trash.
