Yard is overgrown.
Yard is overgrown.
Trash bin left next to street.
The drainage system has unbelievable amount of growth and looks very bad. It needs a cleanup and maintenance and trimming of all the bushes and overgrowth. Please help make it better.
Car parked well out in the street (on a blind turn, probably illegally close to the corner, etc). I had hoped this was dealt with, as they seemed to be avoiding being in the improved street a day or two ago, but this morning at 6am it was as bad as ever.
Either this car re-appeared after you sent someone an hour ago, they somehow couldn't find it or they don't consider it a violation. If it's the latter, please mention that in the follow up.

There is a dead deer on the grass between the sidewalk and N College Ave at approximately 1600 N College Ave. It has been there since Saturday, August 29th. It is starting to rot and fester.
Any chance you will follow-up with active command and control and publicly repeal the surrender commies boycott notice of s b 1070.
There is an abandoned huffy bike on the Jackson Creek Trail. Located just north of of Roger Rd. It’s been there all week.
28Aug. Second report. Repeat issue with 1203 S Fess neighbor trespassing or allowing dogs to trespass and leaving dog waste. See image. Shorter cut grass is my yard. Longer grass theirs. I’m pretty sure my actual property boundary extends a few more feet but I’m told by landlord to consider the utility pole the boundary. Dog waste was not removed. Additionally this child struggles to control dogs on a leash, especially multiple dogs at once. Other dog walkers on the street are ambushed and the child is pulled into the street. Risk of bites and other injuries. I can’t offer recorded evidence of this but sharing in the event that preventative support may be provided.
