Cars sticking out way out into the right of way, cars parked too close to the intersection(?). Something really needs to be done about this. Technically I believe a large portion of that 'driveway' is in the right of way.
Location: White Hall Plaza Night lights in the parking lot never turn on around 3am-6am in the morning. Please fix, it’s hard to see.

There’s a large bald faced hornet next on the pine tree right next to the playground.
The lights on the connection between Olcott and rogers park are turning off too much army. I ran through at 6:55 and it was so dark. Can they be turned on until the sun is up please??

About 10 yards south of the Covenanter-College Mall intersection, against the median divider, on east edge of the south-bound lanes, there's a (working from visual memory here) concrete patch that has had a deep gap in it for the past year or two. It's unpleasant when my tires go over it. Maybe it can be patched.
Biking/walking path between South Roosevelt and South Jefferson (East 4th street) has weeds over 5ft tall. The vegetation is out of control. Also, vines are covering the pathway street light.
Trash is piling up in the driveway next to the house and is visible from the street.
