Residents @ 526 N. Lincoln dumped trash in above dumpster. Two witnesses, residents moved out over the weekend and dumped lots of trash in dumpster and alley.

Weeds growing up through walkway into apartments. Weeds are blocking view and alley and attracting bugs and making it impossible to stay outside. It is near this address, not at this address.
Drainage from Bainbridge Subdivision still a problem.
Standing water is causing damage.
JAMax empties dumpsters and lets all the fluids and water etc from dumpster run on the alley. Smelly yellow fluid running in alley, smells bad.
SW corner house has chain link fence that is covered with weeds. Residents do not take care of their yard.
Pallets and scrap lumber in back yard, brush in north yard, recycle bins in front yard.
WATER IS BACKING UP FROM THE BARNES AND NOBLE SITE. ((The three inlets installed as part of the Barnes and Noble project are not working at full capacity yet due to lack of parking lot construction.))
