Anonymous complaint from a woman who lives on S. Wilton in Green Briar Hills. She said drainage from Arden Place runs through their neighborhood and right now, there is a lot of water, leaves and trash along the street. She would like someone to come out and pick up the leaves in the next few days.

During counts this morning, Eli observed that the pedestrian signal at Cory and 3rd was cycling through the walk and don't walk symbols while the light remained green. Is it supposed to cycle through like that or should the walking symbol stay on until detection is triggered?

Mr. Michael called on 11/28 to complain about unfair treatment by the local court system. He was very angry and began cussing at Diane. When it became apparent he was not going to stop his profanity-laced rant, she hung up on him. Mr. Michael then called back and left an angry voicemail message. At the end of the message, he said someone better clean up this (expletive) or he will...and "that's a promise." Diane forwarded the message to Chief Diekhoff.

Location of your Problem: 1800 E Second Details: Residential Neighborhood Parking sign missing? The other day a car parked in the 1800 bloc of E Second Street got a ticket. I felt sorry for the person because there was no "Residential Neighborhood Parking" sign at that section of Second Street. There are 2 close by but they could be perceived as pertaining only to those sections and not to the next, where the car was parked. If parking is not allowed there (which I think it is not) could you please put up a sign? Thanks. Contact Info Name: Stella Hooker-Haase Email: [email protected] Telephone: 333-7006

Mike Trescone called OOTM on 9/29 to complain about his neighbor's dog. He said the dog is usually left outside between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m. and barks constantly. He doesn't know the name of the family that owns the dog, but said their home is directly behind his house at 3421 N. Windcrest. I called Laurie Ringquist and she promised to follow up on this complaint.
