Phone Call: Mike Trescone called OOTM on 9/29 to complain about his neighbor's dog. He said the dog is usually left outside between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m. and barks constantly. He doesn't know the name of the family that owns the dog, but said their home is directly behind his house at 3421 N. Windcrest. I called Laurie Ringquist and she promised to follow up on this complaint.
