Joe has three vehicles that he either does not drive or does not run on the public parking street. He has said that he moves them around periodically so they are not towed. Others that live on the street cannot park because he takes up atleast 4 parking spaces with his junk and vehicles.

U Report # 210060 Hi again, I'm following up from yesterday's U Report. Duke responded immediately with the information that the wire is a cable line. Duke recommended that I get back to my local Bloomington government because since I've owned this house I have never had cable service, therefore I do not know whose line it belongs to. Do you have any record as to who owns/is responsible for this abandoned cable line? And is there a statute of limitations for an abandoned line - can I cut it down myself? 1025 E. Chris Lane is a Jeff Jones rental home. The renters moved out of the property but there is trash and trash everywhere. Today while looking for a lost cat in the neighborhood, we discovered a rabbit hutch with a dead rabbit in it. It appears they just moved out and left the rabbit to die. We contacted the animal control. Can the city please document with photos and send this to Taylor Brown in legal as well for the case against Jeff Jones. Jeff Jones has this property listed for rent on the Pendragon website and all the other rental properties he owns in the neighborhood. What is going on with this? We thought he could not continue to rent these properties if the permit was expired. This is Walnut Creek Neighborhood by the Southeast YMCA.

It’s was my understanding with the Malibu House and Jeff Jones that several houses on Chris lane had lost renting privileges . I still see the Malibu house is open and has renters . I thought all this ended June 1? Has something changed ?
