Other: 1025 E. Chris Lane is a Jeff Jones rental home. The renters moved out of the property but there is trash and trash everywhere. Today while looking for a lost cat in the neighborhood, we discovered a rabbit hutch with a dead rabbit in it. It appears they just moved out and left the rabbit to die. We contacted the animal control. Can the city please document with photos and send this to Taylor Brown in legal as well for the case against Jeff Jones. Jeff Jones has this property listed for rent on the Pendragon website and all the other rental properties he owns in the neighborhood. What is going on with this? We thought he could not continue to rent these properties if the permit was expired. This is Walnut Creek Neighborhood by the Southeast YMCA.
We are aware of these issues and are investigating. There is a settlement agreement in place and the process is moving forward.
