Joey Bomba <JBomba@parkermgt.com> 8:27 AM (1 hour ago) to envhealth Good morning, My name is Joseph Bomba, I work for Parker Real Estate Management. We have 3 properties 1601 S Walnut, 1705 S Walnut, and 1701 S Walnut have all had recurring drainage and piping issues ever since AEG drilled into the street not too long ago. I would like to know if there is someone I can speak too over the phone regarding these issues, we are constantly getting tenant complaints even after we address these issues which makes me, and others, believe there is a larger issue going on. Please direct me in the best way to get this resolved ASAP.

600 S. Woodlawn, overgrown on the E. Second side of the corner lot. Weeds and sidewalk obstruction
Trees on south side of street are overgrown 2200-2100 Sycamore Village heading to Southeast park. Could not safely walk to park with stroller. Could tree branches and bushes be cut back to prevent scratching and to enable passing through? This is the length of block east of Sycamore sign to the entrance to park. Many thanks!
Section of the sidewalk on the east side of High St. is consistently underwater. Once the standing water drains, a thick coat of slippery mud is left. The specific location is just north of the hill heading south on the sidewalk. Thanks! John
