Thanks for sharing your experience, especially the delay on the Route 9 bus. We’re aware of congestion near the O’Neill/Wells Library crossing and its effect on bus travel. IU commissioned a study and received recommendations for this area, but those recommendations have not been implemented. IU has also received funding related to improvements here. I encourage you to contact IU’s facilities and transportation staff to share your experience and ask about their plans for the crossing.
