BPD is not able to monitor this intersection for vehicles blocking the side street during heavy traffic times. Additional signage or roadway markings indicating not to block the intersection may be the best way to bring attention to the T intersection.

Resident is complaining that their side street is repeatedly blocked between 3-6pm by WB 3rd St traffic making it difficult for them to exit/enter their street. Request is for enforcement. Engineering will looking into a solution as well, but that was not their request so we will hold off on any changes for now.
