PHONES ARE ANSWERED BY UTILITIES DURING OFF HOURS.) THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM ANIMAL CONTROL AND DIDN'T THINK THAT UTILITIES CONTROL REPORTED THE CALL.

Says the truck swerved over into his lane and ran him off the road causing a flat tire and bent rim. Said he was attempting to pass 3 vehicles and sanitation truck was in the middle. Wants City to repair his vehicle.
