Water Quality: Request
Phone Call: Ms. Rush called re. a bad taste in her water. She says the water has a "quinine" taste and has for about a week. Work was done on the street in front of her house, and she felt that this was due to that.

I explained about "lake turnover." Ms. Rush will call back for test if taste does not clear up by 11/4/96.11/6/96-Customer called still has problem. Dillman lab personnel scheduled to take sample on 11/7/96. Steve Glasgow telephoned Ms Rush and discussed lab test results. Advised her that all tests showed water safe. Requested she call back if taste does not improve by 11/20/96. Nov. 20, 96: Mrs. Rush called and said her water taste is improving. water taste is not improved by 11/20/96. November 20, 1996: Mrs. Rush telephoned and said her water taste problem is improving.
