My car was broken into I believe on 10/09/23. It was parked in the Morton Street Parking Garage, 3rd level. It doesn't appear that they took anything. I don't leave things in my car, but documents from my glovebox were out on my seat.
Someone has gotten sick in the skywalk from the 4th Street garage into Fountain Square.
I have a monthly pass to park my black Mercedes Benz sedan at the 4th Street Garage. On Wednesday March 27, 2024, I drove my car out of the garage and returned it around 1pm ish. My car did not have any scratch on the back bumper. I picked it up this morning Friday March 29, 2024, and I noticed that my car's back bumper was scratched. The person who scratched it was honest and left a note on my front windshield. I tried reaching out to the person today Friday March 29, 2024 and this person has not reached back to me. I have a picture of the note and the damage to my car. I know that the garage has cameras. My car was packed on the 3rd floor closer to the elevators. Are you able to check the cameras to identify the person who damaged the back bumper of my car. I am attaching the note from the person apologizing for the accident plus the damage to my back bumper. I will like my car fixed and I will appreciate any help the 4th Street garage team can offer to get this resolved.
The two lights in the alley along the west wall of the 4th Street parking garage are out. The one closest to the photographer in this photo has been out since a few weeks after the garage opened. I would suspect that they are both still under warranty. The alley is pretty dark, the photo is misleading as to the light level there. Thanks, Brian
Follow up on Case #199613. This report shows that it has been resolved, but the lights have never been operational. I know that one of these lights failed after a few days of the parking garage opening. I would imagine they are still under the original warranty from the contractor that built the garage / supplied the electrical fixtures. Sorry for being pesky about this, but the exterior of the parking garage looks nice . . . and having two lights that have been out of commission for over two years does not send the message that I believe we want to send. Furthermore, it seems like the contractor should still be on the hook for this repair.
Gridlock at the 4th street parking garage. Have been stuck on the 4 th level for over 30 minutes. Concerned that my prepaid parking fee won't be valid and will have to pay more to get out?
Over the past several weeks (months?), it seems that more often than not the access control arms to the Morton St. parking garage have been open allowing free parking. This is great for those who don't have a permit, but it feels a little unfair to those of us who have a permit and continue to pay for parking. What's going on, how much longer is this anticipated to continue, and is there any recourse for permit holders? Thanks!

Norman and code enforcement department, Park Ridge needs your assistance again on this same address please. 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention The house is not being cared for and has become a flophouse for the homeless and drug users. The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? It appears that the truck that dumped salt through Sherwood Oaks this morning leaked large amounts of oil throughout the area
