Parking Garages:

Other: Follow up on Case #199613. This report shows that it has been resolved, but the lights have never been operational. I know that one of these lights failed after a few days of the parking garage opening. I would imagine they are still under the original warranty from the contractor that built the garage / supplied the electrical fixtures. Sorry for being pesky about this, but the exterior of the parking garage looks nice . . . and having two lights that have been out of commission for over two years does not send the message that I believe we want to send. Furthermore, it seems like the contractor should still be on the hook for this repair.

Vendor showed up at 8:00 am this morning and repaired the lights. I emailed Brian Drummy back and confirmed they repaired and in working condition.

Hello Brian, Thank you for using u-reporting! Unfortunately, are correct the vendor after further investigations the vendor did not show up in December. However, you will be glad to know the vendor did show up this morning at 8 am and this lighting issue has been resolved. These two lights are on photocells and will now illuminate as they need to. Thank you again! Michelle L. Wahl, CAPP Parking Services Director
