The bags are torn open, and the mess has begun attracting animals; just last week, while I was traveling, several neighbors reported seeing a coyote in the area. In addition to improper waste disposal, previous incidents have included: • Smoking cannabis openly in the backyard. • Loud parties continuing until 4:00 a.m. • Unauthorized backyard fires without proper safety measures like a firepit. • Failure to maintain the property, such as leaving fallen leaves uncollected. So I applied for a gun/concealed carry permit. I paid the fee, then got my fingerprints. They told me to go to a sheriff so I went to the sheriff's office at 301 N College Ave. They said I had to go to the office on 3rd street. I went there and the building was closed so I could not complete my application. What do I need to do from here?

Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know.
