The sidewalk on Rockport Rd south of W Pinehurst Dr (mostly, in front of 1007 W Pinehurst Rd and, even more so, 2704 Rockport Rd) has been in an almost unusable state for many months, due to the branches of trees and shrubs partially blocking the way, and fallen branches, acorns, etc covering the walkway. This spot is literally the worst section of the entire sidewalk along Rockport Rd (from its beginning at the junction with Rogers St, to its end at Tapp Rd), and now in October it is at its worst. Can the vegetation be trimmed there every now and then, and the dropped vegetation swept out of the people's way, as it is done elsewhere along this street and other streets?

The construction around Kirkwood, 2nd Street, Adams, etc is making me fucking crazy. Whoever decided to do all of these projects all at once is, at best, stupid. Getting from my house and to my job takes twice as long, and 2nd street being one way for a month is absolute shit. Please pass this word to whoever made this decision and tell them that I hate them. Thank you!

I am writing to report a serious safety hazard at the intersection of 2nd and Patterson, where drivers turning right from 2nd onto Patterson desperately need vertical "Right Turn Only" and "Straight Only" signs. The current pavement markings are faded and completely insufficient, causing drivers to mistake the turn lane for a straight lane daily. I drive this route every day and witness near-misses multiple times a day including this past Monday when I was nearly hit on my commute home from work. Because there is no clear signage, drivers realize they are in the wrong lane too late and end up racing to cut people off or hitting the curb and jerking into traffic. This intersection is a major accident waiting to happen, and the city urgently needs to install clear overhead or roadside signs and repaint the road markings before someone is seriously injured.

New asphalt on top of construction is not level with the original B-line trail. This uneven patch-job is located at 2nd and S Morton. It causes imbalance for cyclists and pedestrians at a dangerous intersection.

Another one for AT&T In front of Sherwood Oaks Church. A junction box with wires spilling out of it. I tried to follow your advice to contact them directly. This proves to be impossible because they demand a cell phone number to create a log in. Our phone number with them is a landline. I really tried.

I'm uncertain on exact addresses, there are multiple locations all throughout Bloomington that are overgrown blocking not just sidewalks but hiding stop signs. There needs to be a general cleanup done on all side all trees and signs to make them more visible. Remember college kids suck and like to be the frog in frogger. On sidewalks Im constantly ducking to avoid branches and I'm only 6'1" there are much taller people that have it worse

The left turn signals to travel West on Patterson as well as East on Patterson off Rogers are not functioning. When either light turns green, the left turn signals are yellow instead of also turning green to allow left turns in either direction for a period of time. Thanks Jason

On the street Milton Dr, between W Coolidge and W Graham Rd, there is a house with gravel. I was walking my dog around 7:30 pm when I feel through this (unsure what it is) and got my leg caught. My shoe and pants got caught and felt on my left side. There is no light in the area and it made it very hard to see this already broken item. It was not covered at all and broke even more when I fell through.

I've reported this in the past and you've helped but I'm asking for this growth to be on the regular schedule to be trimmed/cut back (and I recognize that it won't be a problem soon for a few months but it has been, is now, and will be again). The location is at the road side of the house on the NW corner of Fairway Lane and Rogers Street, which is now gray-sided but used to be red wood. When turning on to Rogers from Fairway it's hard to get out far enough to see around the foliage if a car is coming. Cars come pretty fast southbound on Rogers and if they don't have their lights on it makes it even harder to see them even in daylight. Maybe some of that foliage could even be completely removed so that the out-growth wouldn't really happen. I don't know if you can understand this from a passenger car driver's perspective unless you're in a passenger car at that stop sign turning your head left and right multiple times to make sure nobody's coming down the hill from the south nor hidden by the foliage from the north. I sincerely appreciate the county's help!
