Very large oak tree showing disease. We are concerned it may fall on our house across the street if a storm comes. It may only need pruning but it is becoming a concern for our safety. We are not sure who owns the house it has been empty for the last 2 months, it was a rental property.
At 1808 south Rogers the front and back yard is totally overgrown. It has weeds several feet tall.
I am writing to formally report a severe safety incident involving the driver of Bus Line 6 today, September 4, 2026, at approximately 5:53 PM. At this time, the driver deliberately closed the doors early, trapping a passenger in the doorway. This reckless behavior put the passenger at immediate risk of physical injury and directly violates standard safety protocols. Furthermore, this same driver has been deliberately skipping designated bus stops, ignoring passengers waiting to board or alight. This behavior is completely unacceptable, compromises public safety, and warrants immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Please investigate this incident using the route log and any available onboard camera footage. I request an update on the actions taken to address this dangerous behavior and ensure passenger safety moving forward.
ATTN: Engineering Dept. For years, trees and bushes on city R/W have impeded Prospect Street adjoining the property (west of S. Madison St). Beacon GIS will confirm that the overgrowth is in the R/W. The street department at times has cut back the overgrowth. The planning department has indicated that there are invasive plants at this location. Trees hang down and touch vehicles when not trimmed. The problem has continued to get worse over the past several years. Not only is the overgrowth unmanageable, it is unsightly, detracting from neighborhood property values. Director Hanson, HAND suggested I make this UReport to the engineering department. [email protected] Please rectify this problem so that it is not an on-going issue. Feel free to contact me if needed. Thank you.
There are wires hanging down across the Palmer Greenway. The tree is on the property at 412 E Wylie - but the wires are over the public space. Please go look.
The easement on the south west side of the roundabout in front of Bentley Court is so overgrown that the vegetation is impending on the sidewalk. Additionally, it is impossible to walk a bike up the hill next to the sidewalk because of the vegetation. The steps continue to pitch steeper and steeper each years. Please investigate who is responsible for clearing this overgrowth and devise a plan to build and accessible path to connect the paths along Winslow to the Jackson Creek Trail/High Street Trail
Red Pick Up Truck, Maroon Sedan, Brown Pick Up Truck have been parked here for over a week. Brown Truck has flat tire.
