The issue is with this website/reporting system itself, not the courthouse. There needs to be a nonverbal method of reporting certain things - not the least of which being noise complaints. I lost my voice to cancer years ago, but I did not lose my hearing. I have a particularly loud set of neighbors, and I have been unable to do anything about them because I cannot call to make a complaint. I have seen other noise complaints on this website, and while their circumstances may not be the same as mine, it's clear there is a need for a nonverbal reporting method for noise complaints (as well as other similar non-emergent type issues). Original ticket number #177138 closed but never addressed so I created a follow up ticket (#177261) which was closed, marked Resolved. So, how can aticket be marked Resolved when the original ticket was never addressed? How about just ticketing and towing the cars that are parking in the no parking area and blocking the handicap ramp and many times going in the working direction? It is a hazard to enter Driscoll from Walnut.

Had to ramp up and down each floor of the garage up to 5th due to festival, game, etc overloading area with vehicles. No elevator in service for months. When will this be fixed? That is unacceptable for lack of accessibility in the Morton garage.

Does not have handicap parking nor sidewalk access for handicap or proper dooring to allow a wheelchair or walker to enter the business. There is also no smoke alarms for the hearing impaired within the a building that has many obstacles to reach the only 2 Exits at the front of the building. There is a locked gate put in place at 8pm while customers are still in the building that blocks off the exit to the back of the building.

Please finish repairing the north side of the overpass that goes from College to the trail along 3rd. It’s been closed for weeks and I’ve never seen a sign of work going on. The south side of this overpass has steps, so people with mobility issues need to use the north side. Thank you.
