Accessibility Problem:

Other: The issue is with this website/reporting system itself, not the courthouse. There needs to be a nonverbal method of reporting certain things - not the least of which being noise complaints. I lost my voice to cancer years ago, but I did not lose my hearing. I have a particularly loud set of neighbors, and I have been unable to do anything about them because I cannot call to make a complaint. I have seen other noise complaints on this website, and while their circumstances may not be the same as mine, it's clear there is a need for a nonverbal reporting method for noise complaints (as well as other similar non-emergent type issues). Thanks in advance, Mary

This person may be confused as this looks like it might be directed at the County. I'd also point out that by submitting an e-mail complaint, they are providing a non-verbal way to complain about their issue. But since they didn't leave an e-mail address It's not possible to find out more.
