Accessibility Problem:
Other: Original ticket number #177138 closed but never addressed so I created a follow up ticket (#177261) which was closed, marked Resolved. So, how can aticket be marked Resolved when the original ticket was never addressed? How about just ticketing and towing the cars that are parking in the no parking area and blocking the handicap ramp and many times going in the working direction? It is a hazard to enter Driscoll from Walnut.
