Other: There are two rectangular holes on the Windermere Woods property that present a hazard to those who walk through the green space. The holes are located on the lower portion of Windermere Woods Drive as it runs parallel to College Mall Road, about 150 feet north of Covenanter Drive. Ginger Davis and Cason Page are aware of this issue. Thanks.

CBU staff have investigated the area. The holes appear to be caused by the private storm infrastructure located in the green space. Repair or maintenance of this infrastructure is the responsibility of the HOA.
