Illicit Discharge (Storm Sewers):

Other: From S Fenbrook to S Olcott, there is a significant fuel spill that remains on the road. It looks like someone laid down material to absorb it but never cleaned up. I’m concerned that during the next rain event, it will be washed into the nearby creek. I’m also curious if anyone is being held accountable for this. Thanks in advance for taking care of this.
