Aggressive deer. Has been hissing at us (me and children). Just jumped our fence and ran at our dog, but then turn and ran off (and jumped back over the fence). I have video of it standing on opposite side of fence and hissing/stomping foot.
A mother raccoon and 3 babies are living in my crawl space, we have tried to encourage relocation but nothing is working.
