Wildlife Conflict:
Other: Someone may have called already, but I parked on the second floor of the 4th street parking garage and heard a kitten. The security guard inside the fountain square mall said there’s a kitten stuck in the wall on the second floor and some people have tried getting to it but can’t. I know this might not be a priority but I had to let someone know in case you can get it out.
