Has been sitting for over 3 months. Tags expired 3 years ago. Property is doing nothing, has been reported 4 times. Animals are breeding in it. Other residents have said it’s been sitting for a couple years now.
Abandoned car left for months
This car has been sitting here for months. We would very much like to have it removed. It’s gross.
Black Kia Rio hasn’t-moved in about 2 weeks
An Airbnb, located at 723 W Allen St., is claiming city property as private property. The land on the west end of the park located at 1126 S Fairview St., is being rented out as a parking lot and used to store vehicles, dog kennel etc. Altercations have occurred when children and dog walkers attempt to access the area as the adjacent property owner claims that it is theirs because they maintain it (mowed the grass). The neighborhood would like to see this green space no longer rented out and used for personal storage of one individual.
People speed out of RCA Park (and this has happened after criminal activity as well), so can traffic calming devices such as speed bumps please be considered?

This vehicle has been in this location for at least a month. It is covered in debris.
Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved.
