There are drug dealers posted up here nearly every day. Look for the guys with a balloon, or backpack, sometimes in a red sports car (possibly Mazda?). Theyre there A LOT. Its obvious. Ive seen them dealing.

When I turn from Headley Rd onto Matlock Rd heading towards the bypass and also the other way around, the trees at the property at that corner obscure vision of oncoming traffic. I have been dealing with this problem for years, but I have noticed an increase in foot traffic, probably due to the games. I am concerned that someone will get hit by a car that does not see a pedestrian. Thank you!
We manage a property located at 315 University St. There is a construction sign laying on the side of the walkway and front yard for over 4 months. There is no active construction and this is a safety issue. I am requesting the sign get removed immediately. Thank you
Occupants frequently work on cars in their driveway very late into the night with very bright shop lights. Most of the cars seem to have non-working mufflers and they start and rev the engines late into the night. They also test drive the very loud vehicles up and down the area streets at extremely high speed. This activity frequently lasts late into the night. Last night it went past 11pm but it is not unusual for this to go well past midnight. I don't know what the city can do but this is clearly a nuisance for all area neighbors but especially the poor folks who happen to live next door.
My retaining wall was tagged by something like nail polish or paint. I attempted to submit a ureport yesterday but find no record of it now. I am in Prospect Hill and want to know how to remove this tag without harming the limestone, if there is any information the City can provide. I hope to reach out to our neighborhood association as well, but haven't yet. I filed a police report, no. B26-54606. Thank you.
I live in Prospect Hill in a historic home on South Fairview Street. My retaining wall was tagged with what looks like paint or nail polish (see image). I will reach out to the neighborhood for suggestions on how to safely remove the tag but it was also recommended I file a uReport in case assistance or recommendations are available through the City or other source. Other: Urgent Safety Concern – Motorized Bikes Speeding and Racing in The Stands/Jackson Creek Area I am writing to report an ongoing and increasingly serious safety concern in The Stands neighborhood and the surrounding areas, including near Jackson Creek Middle School, Jackson Creek Trail, and Rogers Family Park. For several months, three young people riding motorized bikes/mopeds have been repeatedly speeding and racing together throughout the neighborhood. They sometimes ride on the roadway and sometimes on sidewalks and pedestrian paths. They appear to be traveling at extremely high speeds and do not slow down or give adequate space to pedestrians, people walking dogs, or other residents using the paths. The bikes/mopeds are also extremely loud. This has become particularly distressing for our dog, who is frightened by the sudden noise and speed of the bikes. More importantly, I am very concerned that someone—especially a child, pedestrian, cyclist, or someone walking a dog—could be seriously injured. The riders are racing close to pedestrians and moving at speeds that make it difficult for people to react or get out of the way. This is not an isolated incident. It has been happening repeatedly for months, and residents are becoming increasingly concerned about someone's safety. I am asking the Bloomington Police Department to please take this complaint seriously and increase patrols/enforcement in The Stands and the surrounding Jackson Creek Middle School/Rogers Family Park area, particularly during the times when these riders are typically present. If possible, I would also appreciate having an officer observe the area and address the situation before someone is injured. Please take action on this issue before there is a serious accident or injury. Thank you for your attention to this important neighborhood safety concern.
We have a truck parked for over week. It doesn’t to any of the neighbors along Dunn street but those who live right on Palmer. They continue parking their for sale vehicles here for weeks. They sale cars from their house.
