There is an abandoned Jeep parked in front of 808 S Stull Ave. It hasn't moved in over a year. The parking on this street is at a premium due to the 9 unit apartment complex next door at 812 S Stull Ave. Can the car please be removed?
828 University ave. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise. I live next door and have called the landlord, Matt Weiss, and asked the maintenance person to look into it. It has not been taken care of. It sits on the sidewalk in the back of the house. We can't sit on our porch because it is so loud. I'm not sure if this is the right avenue to complain. Please let me know if there is a better way to get him to fix it or install a new one. Thanks.
There has been an exposed bit of fiber/grounding wire on this property (near the road) for a very long time. I contacted Gigabit Now who claim to have nothing to do with it, but who forwarded it to Hoosier Networks, who also claim to have nothing to do with it. Neither group has provided a solution to this exposed wire, but it makes it challenging to mow around this area so I'd love to have a solution available.
City workers repaired a bad street water drain and in the process damaged the street and the concrete sidewalk area with their excavator. We had thought that they would return to finish the repairs, but it is still coned off and no one has returned. Previous case # 210610

Case #210393 needs to be reopened. Duke was putting ruts back in the same spot that was repaired and growing well. I went out and took some pictures of the damage done(attached). Duke was there on June 16th inspecting a telephone pole. Then on the 17th, parked a work truck there creating new ruts. If this is going to be a pattern by Duke, maybe they need to install concrete pads on both side of the telephone pole for the trucks to park on... Last week a truck knocked a large branch off a tree on the parkway and the driver or someone moved it to the curb at the corner of the property. It needs to be removed.
Fence higher than 4 ft, facing E Moores Pike, across from the entrance to Valley Forge Rd.
This area has been maintained by city mowers since we moved in in 2023. Not sure what the change has been but it hasn't been mowed in a number of weeks. Just got a note that it's not a parks issue from the city which is where my last U report was sent so whatever group in the city umbrella needs to address this please do. The parks person Tim, said it's HOA but city mowers have always mowed it so please advise.
