Yes could you please look into the alleyway behind 707 west 7th street the fencing is all facing the wrong way and the posts are outside of the fence and the yard waste behind 707 by their fence line needs to be clean and mowed down with overgrowth
We have a pine tree that is turning brown. It looks to me like it is dying. It is located between the street and the sidewalk. The tree is located in front of 2621 S Southern Pines Court. I do not know if this is the property owner's responsibility or the cities. If this is not the proper venue to raise this concern, please let me know. Thank you.
I have previously reported this issue - over 2 weeks ago - and nothing has been done. There is an abandoned car - or if not abandoned, it's not in working order - that is parked on the public street. It is silver, has body damage, and no license plate. I am the Neighborhood Association President, and I'm tired of getting daily complaints about this car. The last uReport submitted looked like it was reported to the police dept. and closed. WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT? If you don't know or can't tell me, please provide me with EXACT instructions on who I should call and speak to - either at the City of Bloomington, or the Police dept. directly. Thank you.

People are camping in tents (one large purple, two cars (a gold van and a smaller car), and a shed in the yard of this house/mobile home. They have been camping here for over two months. There are daily/nightly verbal altercations with loud screaming. There is an electronic/plastic burning-type smell that comes from the property. People camping on the property display aggressive behavior towards other people living in the neighborhood.
Frequent excessive noise from 703 west 7th st : often continuing late at night: repairing and modifying cars outdoors, hammering and power tools, extremely loud engines/exhausts, revving and leaving engines running, and test-driving cars at high speed up and down 7th Street. There is also frequent shouting, bright lights, and loud outdoor/yard work, sometimes until 9 PM or later. Car repairs and related noise sometimes continue past midnight. This is a recurring, almost daily disturbance that has been going on for months now. All the close neighbors had enough!!!

The driveways of my two rental properties at 1319 N Wash and 1321 N Wash. have taken a beating with all the heavy equipment and trucks that have continually backed in and turned around in those driveways over the past two years of construction of HUB 2. There are other driveways besides mine to the south that have broken concrete areas from the heavy equipment traffic. The two asphalt parking spots in front of 1321 were destoyed when Washington St. was being redone. The loose compacted surface is crumbly and makes for a treacherous surface to step out of a car on, esp. since it slopes quickly down to the new street level. I would like this surface to be repaved. The gully along N. Wash. St. that was created with the new street level, has been filled in many times with stone by Wells & Wells during construction of HUB 2, but soon washes out with the next couple of rains. This gully has gotten quite deep and is a significant drop off from the pavement level on Wash. St. This is an obvious liability to the City for anyone dropping off the edge while driving, which would surely cause car or tire damage. This section of Washington St. will certainly see lots more traffic soon when all the cars driving to and from the new parking garage will be using it to reach 19th St. Then, it could become a much bigger problem. Also, there are unsightly sections along the sidewalk in front of 1323 & 1325 N Wash Apt. bldgs. that have broken chunks of concrete and expose broken pipe just dangling, that is also in need of repair.
If you allow the church groups to use the park next year for their get together like on this past Sunday 9/27, could you PLEASE make it a condition of their park usage that they turn down their music to a reasonable level? I live in McDoel Gardens and have heard music from many performances at my home but nothing as loud as what I heard yesterday. I tried to go to the dog park with my dog and had to leave because the music was so loud. I spoke to many people at the dog parks and the playgrounds who were leaving for the same reason. A friend in the Broadview neighborhood told me the music was so loud at her home, even with all of her doors and window shut that her child could not nap . I only ask that the people responsible for this performance show some consideration and respect for the surrounding neighborhoods. Thank you.
