So this is AT&T's answer to open junction boxes? I am far from impressed. Kingston Drive near the E Third Street intersection, across from Chick Fil A.

I am writing to report a serious safety hazard at the intersection of 2nd and Patterson, where drivers turning right from 2nd onto Patterson desperately need vertical "Right Turn Only" and "Straight Only" signs. The current pavement markings are faded and completely insufficient, causing drivers to mistake the turn lane for a straight lane daily. I drive this route every day and witness near-misses multiple times a day including this past Monday when I was nearly hit on my commute home from work. Because there is no clear signage, drivers realize they are in the wrong lane too late and end up racing to cut people off or hitting the curb and jerking into traffic. This intersection is a major accident waiting to happen, and the city urgently needs to install clear overhead or roadside signs and repaint the road markings before someone is seriously injured.
Another one for AT&T In front of Sherwood Oaks Church. A junction box with wires spilling out of it. I tried to follow your advice to contact them directly. This proves to be impossible because they demand a cell phone number to create a log in. Our phone number with them is a landline. I really tried.
ACROSS FROM this address: exposed wires in junction box. The box is on the Acadia Apartments grounds. It is right before the Acadia Apartments marquee when you are heading towards the Highland intersection.
Exposed wires in junction box in the 3300 block of S Westminster Way, in the grass next to the tennis court.
Exposed wires in junction box close to this address. Coming from E Winslow Rd it is on the right hand sight in the grass, before S Carnaby.
Another junction box that needs repair or replacement. On High Street just outside the cemetery wall, near the intersection with Moore's Pike.
Near the tennis courts in the grass: another large junction box with exposed electrical contacts. AT&T: get your act together!
Make Bloomington Beautiful Again. Another AT&T junction box in sad shape: when you are waiting at the traffic light at the corner of W Third and Patterson, heading towards the cemetery, and you look to your left (Wheeler Mission direction) you will see this box in the gras. It is across from the big The Quarters sign.
This afternoon around 4pm I saw a worker wearing high vis urinating at our dumpster. We have road work nearby at 2nd st nearby the apartment, although I didn't personally confirm he was working with that team. Please make sure they have adequate facilities so this doesn't happen again.
