Ferguson Dog Park Large Dog Area chain link fence has been compromised. If you begin walking East along the fence behind the picnic tables you will see an section of the bottom of the fencing that has been damaged, probably by a riding mower. The horizontal cable at the bottom has become loose and dogs will soon be able to escape if it is not repaired.
The fence on the south side of Ferguson dog park has several panels that are damaged at the base which could allow dogs to escape. They are near the dead tree in the large dog area.
The large stone slide at switchyard park caused my pants to tear and scratch my bottom. I’m an adult and it was uncomfortable, I am worried about the rough texture of the stone for all of the children that play (especially the many that are in swim suits).
why is the pool not open yet? I read that a leak was detected, but pools always need maintenance. For it not to be open this late into the summer seems incredibly short sighted. You were cleary able to get brian park pool ready. The reality is that the city can make sure the pool in a wealthier neighborhood is ready, while you somehow only just discovered and have to fix a leak in the lower class pool. Either get the pool ready or just say you hate poor people already.
Mills pool should be prioritized for repairs given the large and important community it serves!
The homeless are starting to congregate and shoot up in the park again now that it's summer. Where is the security patrol? Where are the police, they never come into the neighborhood? Tired of cleaning up needles in the park!
Please put more trash and recycling barrels at the Switchyard park especially during events there like Food Truck Friday. They are often overflowing and the trash barrels are overflowing with recyclables.

Ongoing issues with mowing crew - driving mower on sidewalks, mowing grass onto sidewalks, mowing while people and pets walk close by; this is new for this season - in the past, crews were kind, communicative, considerate
There is a loose water meter pit cover in the area where BFC practices. This is the fenced in area south of the main baseball area. The water meter cover is loose and will flip up if stepped on. Someone could easily fall into the hole and be injured. The cover is near the trees that are to the east of the most western field. It is approximately 16 inches in diameter.
