Unfortunately the leak at Mills wasn't detected until the pool was about 90% full, and then it took time to get some contractor specialists in to find the issues. While we haven't fixed all those issues at Mills, we now have it mitigated enough that we are working towards opening and will hopefully ave an announcement the exact opening date soon.
