Other: There is a loose water meter pit cover in the area where BFC practices. This is the fenced in area south of the main baseball area. The water meter cover is loose and will flip up if stepped on. Someone could easily fall into the hole and be injured. The cover is near the trees that are to the east of the most western field. It is approximately 16 inches in diameter.
