The house at the corner of Clifton and E First Street (I think it is 713 Clifton) often has 2 dogs in the yard that ferociously bark at pedestrians who use the sidewalk there (there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street). I walk there after dark occasionally and the first time they just about gave me a heart attack. I was afraid the German shepherd would jump over the fence and attack me. Maybe something for an animal control officer to take a look at. U report 188709

the owner of 713 S. Clifton Avenue not only has dogs that continually bark, but the cats belonging to the house are left unattended to roam the street, killing baby birds/bunnies in their nest. Yesterday one of the cats aggressively ran at me in our yard. Its very disturbing to see such neglect with animals. It makes me wonder if they are not being fed properly.

One of our neighbors continues to let their dog out of their yard and I came home to it in our yard this morning. It is very skittish and I'm unsure if it would bite if approached. It is a puppy, still, I believe. Approximately 1 year old..it's black with brown markings. I know other people have report4d issues with this neighbor's dogs being out several times without leashes
