Other: We have had 8 bats in our house by now since the start of the year. 6 of them have been this semester alone. We are getting bats flying around inside our house weekly. We are renting through Chickering rentals and they have yet to solve the problem and it’s becoming a health hazard. We don’t know what to do at this point but we would like to get this reported to the city.
Rental complaint was filed separately under case #209302, through which HAND is following up.
Animal Control will investigate and discuss potential bites and health concerns. We wanted you to be aware due to ongoing issue with a rental.
