Repeated concern of hearing drag racing late at night between the hours of 9pm-1am. Have heard more than 5 times this summer. Don’t know the exact location but can hear it from inside my home. Has to be close by.

Cars can drive faster than the speed limit over the traffic calming humps that were installed. Witness many vehicles increased speed over humps.

Adding a no parking sign is even worse than not having one. There is already a terrible parking situation for the residents at Atlas on 17th. Bloomington’s parking situation is terrible and students are forced to park wherever and hope they aren’t getting a ticket. At least make it a pay to park so that some could still park there.

Trying to turn left from Clear Creek trailhead into Tapp road and from Weimer road left into Tapp road is gotten very dangerous with more traffic on Tapp road over the years.
I park my car at clear creek parking lot and walk almost everyday and everyday I struggle with getting out of parking lot because most cars are driving 60 miles and sometimes over 80 miles and hour on that stretch of Tapp road. There are many 30 mile speed limit signs but hardly anyone drives under 50 miles and many drivers drive over 70 miles which is very dangerous and illegal.
City should do something about it before serious car accident happens with kids involved.
Maybe stop sign, traffic lights, or even speed bumps. Whatever makes it work to slow down the speed and make it more safe please.
Meanwhile I think there should be regular police officers enforcing traffic laws.
Thank you

The amount of simultaneous construction across the entirety of Bloomington has reached a truly ridiculous point. Driving anywhere in town has become a tumultuous, stressful mess. This widespread tearing up of major roads started well before summer, and instead of wrapping up, the gridlock has only gotten increasingly horrid. To make matters worse, the city failed to finish these projects before a massive drove of college students returned to town. Flooding our already broken, bottlenecked streets with thousands of extra drivers at the exact same time is a complete failure of planning that has made Bloomington practically undrivable.

Now that the speed limit on 11th Street has been reduced to 25, can we please lower the limit on Diamond Street to 20 or even 15? It’s a very short stretch of road, but for some reason people feel the need to gun it on the way between 11th Street and Trailview neighborhood. There’s really no good reason to drive faster than 15mph or so on this stretch and it endangers pedestrians going between 11th and the B-Line.
