This church added extra fences which are now connected to a city wooden light pole. This is illegal.

Manhole is no longer able to be correctly and safely seated. My friend just fell down it, he is okay tho. It has also messed up my parents brand new Toyota and they are not happy. The picture I sent is it just sitting on top, if a car hits it in will turn and or flip.
