Planning staff observed a fence exceeding allowed height limit between the front building wall on the property and the street and signage displayed on the prohibited sign location of fencing, but not a fence attached to a utility pole, which is not expressly outlined as a violation in city code. Planning staff will address the fence height and signage on fencing violations via a Notice of Violation (NOV) Warning letter to the property owner.
