Other: Neighbor is working on vehicles along the street making it very difficult to pass by. I have an actual picture of guy laying under a truck with his legs in the street. This person has been called on several times and just been warned from what I gather from other neighbors on the street. He’s had trucks delivered all hours of the night and day. Blocking drives and blocking mine while I was home. He’s spry painting vehicles and the over spray is like a cloud in air, our vehicles are parked outside so this is a big issue. He has people doing work for him and parking in front of our house when we needs spaces for our visitors and family members when needed. He’s blocked other driveways as well. The last few days trucks parked there have doors on the street side left open making it more difficult to pass with already limited access
